GrassRoots Athletics youth track and field cross country running club has been providing the athletic community experienced coaching and expert instruction since 1998. We are inspired by the sports of track and field cross country running and provide youth athletics program based in Southern California.
Programs are science based and focus on physiological development, mental preparation and nutritional improvement. The holistic approach is for the current athlete to realize their abilities and maximize on their efforts and choices.
Training sessions focus on dynamic warm-up and stretches, event development and pre habilitation/ injury prevention techniques.
GrassRoots Athletics is passionate for those aspiring to improve on their athletic footprint by becoming a cerebral athlete. Train GREAT 365 is also coming soon to maximize on fully encompassed annual macrocycles.
